摘要：我院1991～2004年共完成前列腺手术752例，高危BPH132例(17.6%)，其中45例采用耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术，87例采用经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)和经尿道前列腺电气化术(TUVP)，取得较满意效果，现报告如下。

 Abstract:My courtyard 1991~2004 years altogether complete prostate gland surgery 752,the high-risk BPH132 example (17.6%),45 examples use on the pubis after the urinary bladder prostate gland excision technique,87 examples use after urethra prostate gland electrotomy (TURP) and after urethra prostate gland electrification technique (TUVP),obtains the satisfactory effect,presently reports as follows.
