摘要：胃癌是消化道常见的恶性肿瘤，一旦确诊后患者在心理上会产生不同程度的压力，很容易导致情绪低落，丧失信心,影响治疗和护理工作的进行。心理社会因素所致不良情绪是癌症发生的重要影响因素，其中性格缺陷是肿瘤发生不可忽视的重要因素。手术治疗是早期治疗胃癌的首选方法。胃癌患者普遍对手术存在恐惧心理、怀疑心理、悲观绝望心理、烦躁易怒心理，针对这些问题就我科2007年1月~2009年12月所收治的50例胃癌患者围手期进行人性化、个性化的心理护理，取得了满意效果，现介绍如下。
