摘要：目的：探讨乳腺癌根治术后系统康复护理的有效措施及方法。方法： 对我院2008年1月～2010年1月乳腺癌(早中期)根治术后的68例患者，由专人负责，从入院到出院进行一对一的系统康复护理。结果： 术后1个月及6个月进行随访，本组上肢淋巴水肿2例，肩关节运动受损0例，肌力下降0例，运动后快速疲劳0例，精细运动障碍3例，其他患者术后恢复均较满意。结论： 系统康复护理及功能锻炼是乳腺癌根治术成功的重要环节之一，可大大改善患肢的功能，减少并发症，提高患者的生存质量。

 Abstract:Objective:Discusses breast cancer root governing skill the system recovery nursing effective action and the method.
