摘要：目的：探讨鼻咽癌患者放疗后的护理方法及体会。方法：放疗前后对患者实施积极的心理护理，放疗后实施饮食护理、皮肤粘膜护理、口腔护理、鼻及鼻咽部护理。结果：52例鼻咽癌患者在放疗后有8例患者出现放射性皮炎，4例患者出现口腔黏膜溃疡，未有患者出现骨髓炎和放射性脑病。结论：鼻咽癌放疗后并发症较多，应做好积极的护理干预，要求患者合理饮食，注意保护皮肤口腔，保证患者得到良好的恢复。
