摘要：目的：分析骨显像中常见伪影影像特点和产生因素。方法：对本科2002年6月至2009年12月9687例次全身骨显像中出现伪影病例进行分析。结果：在9687例核素显像中1921例图像出现伪影，其中患者因素有关的伪影1025例(占50.3%)，放射性药物有关的伪影190例(98%),中作人员操作不慎引起的伪影706例(39.9%)。结论：患者尿液污染、体位移动，放射性药物标记率过低，工作人员操作不慎都可能造成图像伪影。要严格各项操作环节、选择合适的对比和灰阶的上下限提供较好的图像减少伪影发生。
