摘要：随着剖宫产技术的提高，以及社会因素的影响，剖宫产率逐年升高。剖宫产术中大出血的发生率比经阴道分娩明显增高且严重[1]。B-Lynch缝合术是治疗剖宫产产后出血的一种新方法[2]。其操作简单、迅速、安全、有效，易于推广。

 Abstract:With the increase of cesarean section technology,as well as the influence of social factors,cesarean section rate increased year by year.In cesarean section hemorrhage rate than vaginal delivery was significantly increased and serious.B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section with a new method[2].Its operation is simple,rapid,safe,effective,easy to promote.
