【摘 要】目的：探索尖锐湿疣的治疗和护理。方法：系统用平阳霉素治疗尖锐湿疣患者，加强护理，观察临床疗效。结果：经三个疗程的治疗后，达到临床治愈。结论：系统应用平阳霉素和采取适当的护理是治疗巨大尖锐湿疣的有效方法。

Experience of treatment and nursing on one case of huge condyloma acuminatum

【Abstract】Objectives：To explore on the treatment and nursing of patients with giant condyloma acuminatum. Methods：Bleomycin A5 and careful nursing was applied systematically to the patient with giant condyloma acuminatum to observe the therapeutic effect. Results：The patient was cured after three periods of treatment. Conclusion：Systematic application of Bleomycin A5 Hydrochloride coupled with proper nursing is an effective way of treating patient with giant condyloma acuminatum.
