【摘 要】 尖锐湿疣是由人乳头瘤病毒引起的，以发生在生殖器、肛周部位为主的常见性传播疾病。该病不仅发病率高，复发率也较高。本文详细探讨了与尖锐湿疣复发相关的多种因素，包括亚临床感染和潜伏感染、机体免疫力低下、病毒载量、伴发其它性传播疾病等。

 【Abstract】Condylomata acuminata (CA), which primarily occursin the genital and perianalareas, is a commonsexually transmitted disease (STD) causedbyhuman papillomavirus (HPV). Many factors may influence the recurrence of CA, such as subclinical papillomaviral infectionand latent papillomaviral infection, decreased human immunity, virus load, and the occurrence of other STD complications.
