【摘 要】 目的:为乳腺癌术后女性的身心健康干预措施的制定提供依据,有效提高其生活质量和术后康复效果。方法:本文采用文献回顾的方法对有关乳腺癌女性身体意象和性状况的相关研究进行分析和探讨。结果:乳腺癌及其治疗会导致女性身体意象和性状况的变化,进而影响乳腺癌术后女性的生活品质。结论:在乳腺癌女性的健康照顾中,应重视其身体意象的变化以及对性状况的影响,并为乳腺癌女性和伴侣提供针对性的健康干预措施。

 【Abstract】 Objectives: To provide evidence of health intervention effect onwomen with breast cancer, and to improve their life quality and rehabilitation after the surgical therapy. Methods: By literature review, the paper makes analysis and discussion on the related researches about body image and sexuality among women with breast cancer. Results: Breast cancer can bring about changes in body image and sexuality, which can affect the life quality of women with breast cancer after their surgical therapy.
