【摘 要】 目的:提醒临床医生注意，一期梅毒与淋病可以同一皮损处合并感染病人。方法：本文发现1例病人，通过详细询问病史，体格检查及实验室检查。结果：确定为1期梅毒合并淋球菌感染。结论：梅毒螺旋体和淋病奈瑟球菌，以同一皮损处为侵入门户，合并感染是存在的。

 A case report on Phase I syphilis complicated with gonococcal infection

 【Abstract】 Objectives: To call attention to the clinical doctors, patients can be infected at the same injured-skin by primary syphilis and gonorrhea jointly. Methods: There is a case of a patient in this article. By asking about his medical history, physical examining and laboratory testing we know. Results: The patient can be made a definite diagnosis to be infected with primary syphilis and gonorrhea jointly. Conclusion: It is in existence that primary syphilis and gonorrhea makes incursions into the same injured-skin as a door and gets infected jointly.
