【摘要】男性同性恋( homosexuality)的成因复杂，随着科学技术的发展人们对同性恋的成因认识越来越清晰，主要涉及生理因素和社会心理因素等方面。本文主要针对男性同性恋成因研究方面的遗传因素、神经生物因素、发育及内分泌因素、社会及心理因素尤其是最近研究取得一定突破的表观遗传学因素等方面的进展情况进行综述。
