【摘 要】 艾滋病在我国的传播速度逐年增高，男男同性恋(man who have sex with man，MSM))人群感染速率的增加尤为显著。探讨同性恋形成的原因，同性恋人群防治艾滋病社会参与度及参与方式，为更好地实现全民防治艾滋病提供可能。

 Abstract The spread of AIDS in China is increasing year by year， especially in gay men. To explore the causes of the formation of homosexuality， the degree of social participation and the way of participation of homosexuals in AIDS prevention and control， so as to provide the possibility for better realization of the national AIDS prevention and control.
