【摘 要】 目的：对比坦洛新缓释片、托特罗定治疗前列腺增生伴膀胱过度活动症的临床疗效。方法：选取53例前列腺增生伴膀胱过度活动症患者，双盲法分组，A组采用坦洛新缓释片，B组采用托特罗定，对比2组效果。结果：A组与B组治疗后，USPSS评分、IPSS评分均有改善，但数据对比无明显差异(P>0.05)；A组与B组用药不良反应发生率(15.38%VS18.52%)无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：临床试验证实，坦洛新缓释片、托特罗定治疗前列腺增生伴膀胱过度活动症，疗效相当。
