【摘 要】：目的：探讨在结肠癌患者围手术期实施快速康复护理措施的效果。方法：选取76例结肠癌患者入组研究，所有患者均行手术治疗，平均分为研究组和对比组，分别实施快速康复外科护理和基础护理措施。结果：实施快速康复外科护理的患者，胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间和住院时间较短。结论：针对结肠癌患者，应在手术的不同阶段，应用快速康复护理措施进行干预，加速患者康复。
