【摘 要】 目的：探讨医学生职业倾向分布现状及其对医学理论学习的影响。方法：采用霍兰德职业倾向量表及统一的标准化医学理论试题测试重庆医科大学62名实习阶段医学生的职业兴趣和理论成绩，通过单因素方差分析法和独立样本t检验进行职业倾向和专业理论成绩的关系的统计分析。结果：医学生的职业倾向性具有明显差异分布，职业倾向在不同性别间具有显著差异，男生职业倾向的总分及现实型得分均较女生高。现实型人群妇产科、儿科的理论学习成绩相对较差，艺术型人群骨科的理论学习成绩相对较高;结论：我校医学生的职业倾向与职业选择一致较差;职业倾向对专业适应性有一定影响。
