【摘 要】 建立高校无偿献血志愿者队伍，并采取多种措施维持志愿者队伍稳定性，充分发挥志愿者在无偿献血工作中的宣传和带头作用，既壮大了志愿者组织，又促进在校学生和民众参加无偿献血。

 Abstract：Volunteers teams of voluntary blood donation were established in colleges and universities. Stability of the teams was maintained by various measures.The volunteers teams were expanded and blood donated by students and public population was increased， due to the advertising and leading role of the volunteers .
