【摘 要】 目的：总结肛瘘切开根治术围手术期的护理体会。方法：43例行手术治疗婴幼儿的护理资料。结果：43例患儿伤口创面愈合良好出院，平均住院日3.5天，出院后门诊治疗。随访3个月，治愈率100%，无复发。结论：细致全面的护理对提高患儿及患儿家属的的依从性，从而积极主动的配合治疗护理工作，提高婴幼儿肛瘘的治愈率。

 Abstract：Objective：To summarize the nursing experience of perioperative period after radical resection of anal fistula. Methods：43 patients were treated by operation. Results：43 patients were discharged with good wound healing， and the average length of stay was 3.5 days. After 3 months follow-up， the cure rate was 100% without recurrence.
