【摘 要】目的：探讨乳腺癌保乳根治术后去表皮腹部脂肪瓣填充术的患者围手术期护理要点。方法：回顾性分析和总结12例乳腺癌患者保乳根治术后去表皮腹部脂肪瓣填充术的围手术期护理过程，并做出归纳总结。结果：12例乳腺癌患者行保乳根治术+去表皮腹部脂肪瓣填充术，术后移植的去表皮腹部脂肪瓣无液化坏死，无供区血肿、乳房皮下积液、局部皮肤坏死等并发症出现，均痊愈出院。结论：围手术期间，对患者进行正确的心理护理、体位护理、伤口护理、引流管护理、疼痛护理及康复护理，同时加强对并发症的预见性观察是乳腺癌保乳根治术后去表皮腹部脂肪瓣填充术治疗成功的重要保障。
