【摘 要】目的：分析皮肤软组织扩张术和游离皮瓣移植术用于头皮烧伤整形治疗的疗效。方法：选我院头皮烧伤整形患者100例，分为两组，采用游离皮瓣移植术治疗的50例患者作为对照组和采用软组织扩张术治疗的50例患者作为观察组。结果：观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，显效更佳，头皮恢复状态更好，质地更好，弹性和外观更佳，即皮肤软组织扩张术临床疗效更好。结论：行皮肤软组织扩张术治疗头皮烧伤整形患者的临床疗效确实优于行游离皮瓣移植术的疗效。
