【摘 要】 目的：探究护理干预对食管癌三切口根治术后的康复效果。方法：选取2017年6月至2018年12月间来我院收治的食管癌三切口患者120例，随机分为常规护理的对照组以及护理干预的研究组各60例，对比康复效果。结果研究组患者止痛剂使用时间、住院时间、自行排痰时间、并发症发生率分别为1.12 0.23天、12.57 1.78天、1.49 0.31天、5%，对照组2.67 0.58天、17.58 3.86天、3.82 0.49天、26.67%。结论：护理干预能够缩短食管癌三切口患者住院时间、自行排痰时间、止痛剂使用时间，显著降低并發症发生率，值得临床推广应用。
