【摘 要】疱疹样天疱疮[1]是皮肤科少见疾病之一，而由于疾病知識的不足和护理不当造成疱疹样天疱疮反复发作。通过一例疱疹样天疱疮合并高血压病患者的护理，减轻患者痛苦，提高患者住院期间和出院后后续生活质量，具有很大的指导意义。

 Abstract：Herpes-like pemphigus is one of the rare diseases in dermatology， and herpes-like pemphigus recurrent due to lack of knowledge of the disease and improper care. Through the nursing of a patient with herpes simplex pemphigus and hypertension， it is of great guiding significance to alleviate the suffering of patients and improve the quality of life after hospitalization and after discharge.
