【摘 要】目的：分析早期护理干预对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症发生率的影响。方法：将2017年2月至2019年1月收治的80例需要开展血液透析的患者编入实验组与对照组(每组患者人数为40人)，分别采用常规护理干预(对照组)及常规护理干预与早期护理干预相结合的护理手段(实验组)。分析两组患者的并发症发生率与内瘘闭塞发生率。结果：实验组的并发症发生率低于对照组，内瘘闭塞发生率低于对照组。结论：早期护理干预可以在降低血液透析患者内瘘闭塞发生率的基础上，降低患者的并发症发生率。

 Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of early nursing intervention on the incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients. Methods： 80 patients who needed dialysis from February 2017 to January 2019 were divided into experimental group and control group (40 patients in each group). Routine nursing intervention (control group) and routine nursing intervention combined with early nursing intervention (experimental group) were used respectively.
