当前位置: 首页 期刊 《健康大视野·医学分册》 20201 编号：13522881 研究优化超声引导下颈中神经节阻滞操作的手段以及医学价值 http://www.100md.com 2020年1月1日 《健康大视野》 20201 疼痛诊疗,安全性   【摘 要】目的：探究优化超声引导下颈中神经节组织操作手段以及医学价值。方法：择取我院接受神经节阻滞的患者56例作为研究对象。结果：四组患者Homer征维持时间较久，均无血肿形成。结论：选定颈长肌外上方注射局部麻醉药物3ml的神经节组织操作方案，可在不影响疗效的情况下大幅降低咽部异物感，属于最佳注射靶点和注射容量。

 Abstract：Objective To explore the operation methods and medical value of the middle cervical ganglion under the guidance of ultrasound. Methods： 56 patients with ganglion block in our hospital were selected as the study object. Results： the Homer sign of the four groups lasted for a long time without hematoma formation. Conclusion： the choice of ganglion tissue operation scheme of 3ml local anesthetics injected into the external superior part of the cervical longus muscle can significantly reduce the sensation of foreign body in the pharynx without affecting the efficacy ......
