The 2025 Annual Assembly will be presented in-person with on-demand access of available recorded content through May 14, 2025.

Only available when accompanied by a full registration. Includes access to exhibit hall, receptions and morning breaks
Please note: All pre-conference workshops require separate registration at an additional cost. Online registration for preconference workshops only is not available. If you would like to register for a preconference workshop only, please contact Member Services at [email protected].
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations dated before January 8, 2025. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations dated after January 8, 2025. Refunds, if approved, will be issued 2-4 weeks after the meeting.
AAHPM and HPNA reserve the right to substitute faculty, cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the Assembly.
