Items are submitted continuously over an 18 month period.Being a part of the Content Expert Registry has opened my eyes to understanding my role as a Nursing Informaticist. I loved the interaction with others as a Standard Setting Panelist discussing the expectations of our profession from novice to expert. I have a better understanding how to mentor and help students bridge their content knowledge and apply it with real life projects. In addition, by being a Subject Matter Expert in the field, I love the lifelong learning to better patient care.
