[摘要] 目的 分析多西他赛用于合并有糖尿病的乳腺癌患者化疗的安全性。方法 对该院2014年3月—2017年3月收治的52例乳腺癌合并糖尿病的患者，进行回顾性分析，所有患者在基础降糖治疗，随后进行多西他赛静脉滴注治疗，分析化疗安全性(不给予粒细胞集落刺激因子)。结果 乳腺癌合并有糖尿病的患者基础降糖治疗的总有效率为71.15%，行多西他赛静脉滴注治疗后总有效率为96.15%。II期患者和IV期患者的不良反应发生率分别为30.76%和7.69%。结论 多西他赛用于合并有糖尿病的乳腺癌患者化疗有着较高的安全性，值得进一步研究发展。
