[摘要] 目的 观察胰腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后胃排空延迟情况，探析术后护理体会。方法 回顾性分析该院自2013年11月—2016年11月期间所收治的15例胰腺癌合并糖尿病患者的临床资料，分析患者术后胃排空延迟情况以及护理措施。结果 该次探究中并发术后胃排空延迟的患者例数是5例，其中单一并发胃排空延迟的例数是1例，其余4例患者为同时合并其他并发症患者。经过有效治疗和护理后，均一期愈合出院，未出现感染症状。结论 观察胰腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后胃排空延迟情况并分析其原因，根据原因和临床表现实施护理干预可以显著提高手术成功率以及促进患者身体康复。
