[摘要] 心外膜脂肪组织(EAT)是心肌和心包脏层之间的脂肪，具有特殊的解剖、生理特性及内分泌和旁分泌功能，对冠状动脉和心肌产生影响，引起冠状动脉粥样硬化。近年来，关于 EAT与2型糖尿病的研究不断取得新进展，该文就其研究进展作一综述。
