健康教育临床护理路径应用于糖尿病临床护理中的作用

  [摘要] 目的 分析健康教育临床护理路径应用于糖尿病临床护理中效果。方法 在该院患者中选取2018年10月—2019年9月共120例糖尿病患者作为该次研究对象,以电脑随机的方法將其对半分为对照组和实验组。比较患者护理后的血糖,比较患者焦虑(SAS)/抑郁(SDS)评分,比较两组患者的生活质量,比较患者对护理的满意度。 结果 实验组患者的护理后的血糖低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.590,P=0.000);实验组患者SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.140、46.000,P=0.000);实验组患者的生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.500、9.890、8.540、9.800,P=0.000);实验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.220,P=0.030)。 结论 健康教育临床护理路径可以有效降低患者血糖,提升患者的生活质量和满意度,降低患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,具有推广价值。

 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of health education clinical nursing pathway applied to diabetes clinical nursing. Methods A total of 120 diabetic patients from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects in the hospital, and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group in half by computer random method. Compare the blood glucose of patients after nursing, compare the patients' anxiety (SAS) / depression (SDS) score, compare the quality of life of the two groups of patients, and compare the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
