[摘要] 糖尿病患者创面的愈合一直是临床治疗的重点与难点，除有效控制血糖进而促进创面愈合外，目前部分焦点逐渐转移到降糖药物能否直接促进创面愈合。现已有大量研究报道二肽基肽酶-4(dipeptidyl peptidase 4，DPP-4)抑制剂对糖尿病创面愈合有潜在的促进作用，故将DPP-4抑制剂对糖尿病创面的影响及作用机制的研究进展进行综述。
