[摘要] 二甲双胍对于糖尿病足溃疡愈合的影响做一综述，通过查阅文献发现二甲双胍通过减轻局部胰岛素抵抗、减少氧化应激、促进血管形成、减轻炎症等途径从而促进糖尿病足溃疡的愈合，但其可通过抑制角质细胞增殖而延长足溃疡的愈合。其对足溃疡的愈合影响未能达到一致。

 [Abstract] The effect of metformin on the healing of diabetic foot ulcers is reviewed. It is found that metformin promotes the healing of diabetic foot ulcers by reducing local insulin resistance， reducing oxidative stress， promoting angiogenesis， and reducing inflammation. Inhibition of keratinocyte proliferation prolongs the healing of foot ulcers. Its effect on the healing of foot ulcers has not been consistent.
