【摘 要】 肾移植术后肾功能延迟恢复(delayed graft function，DGF)是肾移植术后常见并发症之一，是影响移植肾存活的主要因素，而护士正确识别并及早发现肾功能延迟恢复，及时报告医师处理和采取有效的护理措施对促进肾功能延迟恢复受者早日恢复至关重要。肾移植术后肾功能延迟恢复的护理方法包括对肾功能延迟恢复受者采取严密的术后观察和监测、有效的饮食护理和心理护理、并发症的预防及护理等。
