【摘要】术中放射治疗是术中直视下直接对准肿瘤区以高剂量均匀的照射。护理的配合在该项治疗中占有地位。主要护理包括：术前护理讨论、手术配合、术中患者搬动及照射，对无菌操作的要求更高。对放疗室的空气、地面及物品彻底清洁、消毒，培养合格后方可手术。术后护理特点：颅内高压观察、对症处理及围手术期护理。
