【摘要】目的：探讨微柱凝胶技术在ABO新生儿溶血病中的应用。方法：采用微柱凝胶技术对66例ABO新生儿溶血病的血样进行检测，同时以传统的试管法抗球蛋白试验作比较。结果：两种方法在ABO-HDN的检出率上无统计学差异，但微柱凝胶技术可以检出试管法所不能检出的阴性血样。结论：微柱凝胶技术能快速准确的检出ABO新生儿溶血病，是直观可靠的方法。

【Abstract】Objective：To approach the application of Gel Coombs'test technique in testing ABO-HDN. Methods：66 newborns with ABO-HDN were tested by Gel Coombs'test technique comparing with traditional TAT(Tube Agglutination Technique)anti human IgG test.Results：In statistic, testing rate of two methods in ABO-HDN was not obviously different,but Gel Coombs'test technique could test the negative blood samples that could not be tested by TAT.Conclusions：Gel Coombs'test technique can test ABO-HDN quickly and exactly, the technique was reliable and directly observed. ......
