【摘要】目的：探讨新生儿窒息发生的原因及并发症。方法：对146例新生儿窒息的原因进行回顾性分析。结果：新生儿窒息的主要原因是：胎儿宫内窘迫(26.71%)、羊水Ⅲ°污染(21.23%)、妊娠高血压(16.44%)等。重度窒息主要造成呼吸系统、神经系统、心血管系统等的并发症。分别占66.67%、32.61%、31.70%。窒息时间越长，神经系统的发病率越高；窒息程度越重，神经系统的发病率越高。结论：加强产前保健，产程监护及高危妊娠的管理，有助预防新生儿窒息的发生。

【Abstract】Objective：Discusses the reason which and the complication the newborn suffocates occurs.Methods：The reason which suffocates to 146 example newborns carries on the review analysis.Results：The newborn suffocates the primary cause is：In embryo palace poverty-stricken(26.71%),amniotic fluid Ⅲ°pollution (21.23%),hypertension of pregnancy(16.44%) and so on.The specific weight suffocates mainly creates the respiratory system,the nervous system,the cardiovascular system and so on complication.Accounts for 66.67% separately,32.61%,31.70%.Suffocates the time to be longer, nervous system"s disease incidence rate is higher; Suffocates heavily, nervous system"s disease incidence rate is higher. Conclusion：Strengthens the antenatal care/antepartum care,the course of childbirth guardianship and the high-risk pregnancy management,is helpful occurrence which prevents the newborn to suffocate. ......
