【摘要】目的：探讨神经网络重建对脑卒中致瘫痪肢体功能恢复的作用。方法：对脑卒中并瘫痪的病人，在常规治疗相同的基础上，按随机分组的原则，分为对照组与实验组，其中实验组采用神经网络重建仪对瘫痪肢体进行康复训练，对照组采用针灸对瘫痪肢体进行康复训练。结果：神经网络重建治疗在患者的总有效率和显效率方面明显优于针灸治疗。结论：神经网络重建对脑卒中致瘫痪有较好的康复作用，可作为此类疾病康复治疗的手段运用于临床。

【Abstract】Objective：Discuss the function of neural network reconstruction for the paralysis that it is caused by stroke.Method：For the patients of stroke and paralysis, on the basis of the same routine treatment and according to the principle of randomized,we divided these patients into control and test group. Use the neural network reconstruction to train the paralysis of limbs of test group, and use the acupuncture to train the paralysis of limbs of control group.
