【摘 要】目的：总结上消化道异物急诊胃镜取出术的护理体会。方法：分析196例上消化道异物的胃镜治疗及相关护理。结果：196例患者行胃镜发现异物169例，异物检出率86%；其中165例异物经急诊胃镜成功取出，成功率98%；并发症主要为粘膜损伤，其次为出血。结论：良好的护患沟通，个性化的心理疏导，术中的默契配合是上消化道异物成功取出术的先决条件。
