  【摘要】目的：分析泮托拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床效果。方法：将114例十二指肠溃疡患者分为两组，观察组58例行泮托拉唑治疗，对照组56例行奥美拉唑治疗。结果：研究组总有效率(98.28%)明显高于对照组(75.00%)，两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：泮托拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡，总有效率高，不良反应少，值得推广。

 [Abstract] Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of pantoprazole in treatment of duodenal ulcer. Methods: 114 cases of duodenal ulcer patients were divided into two groups, the observation group of 58 cases of pantoprazole in the treatment, 56 patients in the control group treated with omeprazole. Results: the study group total effective rate (98.28%) was significantly higher than the control group (75%), with a significant difference between two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of pantoprazole in treatment of duodenal ulcer, the total effective rate is high, less adverse reaction, is worth promoting.
