  摘要：目的 探讨和分析我院2013年四季度药物不良反应报告情况。方法 抽取我院2013年四季度上报药物不良反应(ADR)13份，对上报的药物不良反应基本情况进行描述性分析。结果 13份ADR报告中，仅内分泌科和消化内科有2份，其他科室均为1份。临床用药以注射液居多，且大部分药物不良反应经对症处理后均痊愈或好转，仅2个科室ADR治疗情况不详。结论 对于本院上报的药物不良反应报告情况，应加强ADR监测、报告、诊断和处理，提高药物不良反应上报意识，做到合理用药，降低ADR的发生率，提高药物治疗水平。

 Analysis of reports of adverse drug reaction in the fourth quarter of 2013 in a hospital

 AbstractObjective: To investigate and analysis the report of adverse drug reaction in the fourth quarter of 2013 of our hospital. Methods: Selected 13 adverse drug reaction reports (ADR) in the fourth quarter of 2013 of our hospital and analyzed the basic situation of adverse reactions. Results: In 13 ADR reports, there were two of them for Department of Endocrinology and Department of internal medicine, and the other departments were 1 copies for average. The clinical drug was mainly the injection, and most of adverse reaction were cured or improved after symptomatic treatment, only treatments of two department were unknown. Conclusion: we should strengthen the ADR monitoring, reporting, diagnosis and treatment of the drug adverse reaction of our hospital, and improve the awareness of reporting, rational use of drugs, the level of drug treatment and reduce the incidence of ADR ......
