  【摘要】目的:探究重症医学科医务人员手卫生依从性的情况及院内感染的发生情况。方法:抽取2012年4月~2013年4月期间我院四个科室医务人员共120例的手部样本检测情况，并结合同期院内感染情况进行分析。结果 : 2013年相比2012年各类医务人员手消毒情况比较χ2=4.0263(P=0.0448)；院内感染情况比较χ2=25.4877(P=0.0000)；一类环境医务人员手消毒情况比较χ2=8.2917(P=0.0040)；二类环境比较χ2=8.6216(P=0.0033)；三类环境比较χ2=11.9114(P=0.0006)；差异具有统计学意义。结论:我院重症医学科医务人员手卫生消毒情况合格率有所上升，且同期院内感染情况相比下降。
