  摘要 目的：为促进健康，并且有效的合理安排医疗资源，对慢性疾病冠心病的一种防治的重视,从而提高全国人民生活水平，为指定合理的医疗计划而提供依据。方法：用随机两阶段抽样方法对南充市≥18岁常住居民采用标准化调查方法 结果： 南充市乡镇居民对冠心病患病率为1.92%、知晓率为8.54%。结论 ：在乡镇消息较闭塞的环境下，患病率与知晓率存在着一定相关性。在当地开展冠心病预防知识的宣传，加强农村人群高血压与冠心病的一级和二级预防工作。
