摘要：目的 探讨和分析产科危重症病人术后的心理护理措施及效果。方法 选取2011年5月-2013年8月我院ICU就诊的产科危重症术后患者84例，对所有患者采取有针对性、有效的心理护理干预，对护理过程进行记录和分析。结果 84例患者均伴有不同程度的焦虑或抑郁，通过对其配以积极有效的心理护理干预，患者抑郁和焦虑的情绪明显减轻或消失。结论 对于产科危重症病人，其术后心理往往会承受较大压力，在采取积极有效的治疗措施之余配以有针对性的心理护理，能够帮助患者树立战胜疾病的信心，从而提高患者生活质量及预后。

 The observation of taking psychological nursing on obstetric postoperative critically ill patients

 Abstract Objective: To study the effect of taking psychological nursing measures on obstetric postoperative critically ill patients. Methods: Choosed 84 obstetric postoperative critically illpatients in ICU from May.2011 to Aug.2013 to treat with corresponding and effective psychological nursing intervention, recorded and analyzed the nursing process. Results: All patients haddifferent levels of anxiety and depression. After taking corresponding and effective psychological nursing intervention, the emotion of anxiety and depression was obviously relievedor disappeared. Conclusion: Obstetric postoperative critically ill patients always bear great psychological pressure. Taking positive and effective treatment measures and correspondingpsychological nursing intervention will help patients to set up confidence in overcoming the disease and improve their prognosis and quality of life. ......
