当前位置: 首页 期刊 《中国医疗管理科学》 20144 编号：13668757 股静脉置管行血液透析致假性股动脉瘤破裂的临床护理体会 http://www.100md.com 2014年8月1日 《中国医疗管理科学》 20144 临床护理假性股动脉瘤破裂血液透析股静脉置管   【摘要】目的:分析研究股静脉置管行血液透析致假性股动脉瘤破裂采取临床护理的效果。方法：抽取2011年1月-2013年12月在我院进行股静脉置管行血液透析导致假性股动脉瘤破裂的病人10例，对其相关临床资料给予回顾性分析。结果：10例病人双下肢肿胀得到明显改善，皮肤瘀斑大部分消退，足背动脉搏动完全会恢复正常，松解腹股沟部位压迫，复查B超显示假性动脉瘤破裂口完全闭合，血红蛋白回升。结论：介入手术治疗以及插管技术广泛应用是引发假性动脉瘤的关键诱因，因为血管当中血液流动不断冲击，瘤体不断扩大，严重的甚至出现破裂，所以，及时的预防和治疗就显得非常关键，在临床护理当中需要对插管病人认真观察，及时发现异常，及时采取相对于的处理措施。

 The experience of treatment with ruptured femoral pseudoaneurysms caused by haemodialysis via insertion of femoral vein.

 AbstractObjective: The curative effect of clinical treatment with ruptured femoral pseudoaneurysms caused by haemodialysis via insertion of femoral vein.

 Method: 10 patients selected randomly with ruptured femoral pseudoaneurysms caused by haemodialysis via insertion of femoral vein of our hospital from January 2011 to Decemeber 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.Result: In 10 patients, lower limb swelling had improved, most of skin ecchymosis had faded, dorsalis pedis artery pulse was be completely back to normal, and the oppression in groin was released.B ultrasonic super-review found that vessel rupture of femoral pseudoaneurysms was closed and hemoglobin increased.Conclusion: Interventional surgery and intubation technique widely used is the key trigger for the reason of ruptured femoral pseudoaneurysms, because blood impacts vessels and enlarges the tumor constantly, which even bursts the blood vessel, so it’s very important to observe the intubation of patients carefully, and discover and intervene it in time. ......
