当前位置: 首页 > 医疗版 > 疾病专题 > 耳鼻喉科 > 耳疾病 > 中耳疾病 > 中耳炎 编号：13668731 电子鼻咽喉镜下经咽鼓管吹张加注药治疗慢性渗出性中耳炎的效果观察 http://www.100md.com 2014年8月1日 《中国医疗管理科学》 20144 效果观察慢性渗出性中耳炎电子鼻咽喉镜   【摘要】目的:分析研究慢性渗出性中耳炎在电子鼻咽喉镜下通过咽鼓管吹张加注药治疗的临床效果。方法：抽取2011年3月-2014年8月在我院收治的患有慢性渗出性中耳炎的病人40例，对其实施电子鼻咽喉镜下经咽鼓管吹张加注药治疗，对其临床治疗效果给予对比分析。结果：临床显效一共有14例(35%)、好转一共有24例(60%)，无效2例(5%)。临床治疗总体有效率为95%。临床治疗以后出现的不良反应一过性眩晕和失眠，它们依次为1例、2例，采取相对应的处理措施以后全部治愈。结论：慢性渗出性中耳炎在电子鼻咽喉镜下通过咽鼓管吹张加注药治疗，可以获得令人满意的治疗效果，使病人健康生活质量得到保障。

 AbstractObjective: To study the curative effect of insufflating drug via eustachian tube under the electron-nasopharyngolaryngoscopy in the treatment of chronic otitis media with effusion. Methods: Selected 40 patients with chronic otitis media with effusion from March 2011 to August 2014 in our hospital, and insufflated drug via eustachian tube under the Electron-nasopharyngolaryngoscopy. Compared and analyzed the clinical curative effect of them. Results: The clinical curative effect of 14 cases (35%) was effective, 24 cases (60%) were improved, and 2 cases (5%) had no effect. They were all cured after taking corresponding measures. Conclusion: The curative effect of insufflating drug via eustachian tube under the Electron-nasopharyngolaryngoscopy in the treatment of chronic otitis media with effusion is satisfactory, which can protect the life quality of patients. ......
