当前位置: 首页 > 医疗版 > 疾病专题 > 心血管科 > 下肢深静脉血栓 编号：13668711 后路腰椎融合术围手术期下肢深静脉血栓的风险评估(1) http://www.100md.com 2014年8月1日 《中国医疗管理科学》 20144 后路腰椎融合术围手术期下肢深静脉血栓的风险评估,深静脉血栓、量化评估、腰椎融合术、围手术期   摘 要：后路腰椎融合术是治疗各种腰椎退行性疾病的有效手段，但发生下肢深静脉血栓可能性增加。我们将深静脉血栓危险因素进行量化，制定了下肢深静脉血栓风险评估表，并在术前对接受手术的患者进行评估。在89例手术患者中，4例患者无下肢深静脉血栓形成危险因素，16例为低危患者，24例为中危患者，36例患者为高危患者，9例为超高危患者。经过一系列物理及药物预防干预措施，上述患者围手术期均未出现下肢深静脉血栓。围手术期量化评估深静脉血栓危险因素及采取的一系列预防措施能够有效地降低下肢深静脉血栓形成风险，保证围手术期安全。

 Risk assessment of deep vein thrombosis during perioperation of

 posterior lumbar interbody fusion

 Abstract: Posterior lumbar interbody fusion is an effective method in treating various lumbar degenerative diseases, however, incidence of deep vein thrombosis of bilateral lower limbs is relatively high. In this study, the risk factors of deep vein thrombosis are quantified and all patients before operations were assessed using risk assessment table for deep vein thrombosis. Among the 89 cases, four cases were of no related risk factor; sixteen cases were in low-risk group; twenty-four cases were in medium-risk group; thirty-six cases were in high-risk group; nine cases were in super high-risk group. Following a series of physical interventions and medications, all patients did not show any signs of deep vein thrombosis of bilateral lower limbs. From this study, it can be concluded that quantifying risk factors of deep vein thrombosis and applying a series of prophylactic measures during perioperation could decrease incidence of thrombosis and guaranteed perioperative stability effectively. ...... 第 1 2 页 下一页
