【摘要】 目的 总结乙肝后肝硬化上消化道大出血患者的抢救、观察和护理方法，提高护理质量，降低死亡率，减少并发症。方法 回顾性分析我科56例乙肝后肝硬化上消化道大出血抢救、观察和护理体会。结果 通过密切观察与有效的护理，配合医生积极实施抢救措施，明显提高了抢救成功率。结论通过密切观察患者的病情变化，同时积极做好基础护理，加强患者心理疏导护理，提高抢救成功率及护理质量，缩短住院时间，减轻患者的经济负担。
