【摘要】本文通过分析住院精神病患者外走行为发生的原因，主要包括疾病本身的因素和社会环境因素；分析外走行为产生的形式，主要是尾随工作人员身后外走。分别提出护理干预措施，以保证病房秩序和安全，进而减少差错，杜绝事故和意外事件的发生。
