【摘 要】目的：建立一种简便、经济实用、适合基层实验室检测白酒中锰的方法。方法：样品于水浴上蒸干，以水溶解残渣，用过硫酸铵分光光度法测定。结果：本方法在0～4.0μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系，相关系数为0.9996，相对标准偏差在1.16%～4.97%之间，回收率在94.0%～101.5%之间，方法检出限为0.076μg/ml。结论：该方法操作简便，经济实用，具有灵敏度高、准确度好的特点，尤其适合缺少精密仪器的基层实验室进行白酒中锰的检测。
