摘 要： 目的：总结8例儿童鞍上囊肿的临床表现，及应用神经内镜手术的方法及疗效。方法：术前颅脑MRI及CT检查，确定鞍上囊肿的诊断以及中脑导水管是否存在梗阻，并术中探查导水管上口情况，行神经内镜下第三脑室底及囊肿基底池造瘘术。结果：8例儿童鞍上囊肿均行神经内镜下第三脑室底及囊肿基底池造瘘术，术后症状明显缓解，随访6个月，无复发表现，复查脑脊液电影，瘘口均通畅；结论：儿童鞍上囊肿以脑积水颅压高为临床表现，神经内镜下第三脑室底及囊肿基底池造瘘术疗效肯定，创伤小。

 Abstract： Objective： To summarize the clinical manifestations of 8 cases of children with suprasellar arachnoid cyst， and report the application of neural method and efficacy of endoscopic surgery. Methods： MRI and CT scans were performed before the operation in all the children patients to confirm the diagnosis of suprasellar arachnoid cysts and determine whether there was aqueductal obstruction. Endoscopic third ventriculostomy and ventriculocystocisternostomy were performed in all the 8 children according to the preoperative diagnosis or the intra-operation detection of aqueduct. Results： The children’s symptoms were significantly eased after the operation. No relapse has been observed in the follow-up of 6 months.
