【摘 要】 无菌室是进行无菌药物生产的主要场所，有效控制及检测无菌药物生产环境微生物含量是保障产品质量的一项重要指标。本文对无菌室微生物的种类及检测以及如何对无菌环境灭菌消毒进行了综述说明。
